There's something warm and inviting about the smell of clove and cinnamon in the fall and winter. I used to depend on candles to give me that holiday season lift. Now that I have a stash of essential oils I've replaced those candles with my favorite holiday diffuser blends. So I can have those lovely holiday smells and some extra health benefits from diffusing essential oils too!
Diffusing essential oils
Using essential oils aromatically is one of the quickest and easiest ways to enjoy their many benefits. Besides, they just smell so darn good! These diffuser blends are some of my favorites for the fall and winter months - they make me feel all warm and cozy all season long.
15 Holiday Diffuser Blends
I haven't listed specific amounts because that can vary depending on how strong you like the scent. At the most, I like to use a total of about 8 drops. So mix-and-match accordingly. You could do 3-4 drops of one oil and 2 of each of the others or use equal amounts. Experiment and find out what you like!
