I just love a good smoothie. Sometimes I don't want a big breakfast and a smoothie is the perfect thing to have instead. Or, if I have a busy morning planned, I can blend it up and take it with me.
I have a few great smoothie variations that I love but sometimes I just want to try something new. This chart is the perfect way to design your own smoothie. Just choose something from each category (you can skip a category if you want to!) and blend it up with some ice. Remember to always include a source of protein - that will keep you feeling satisfied much longer!
