Some of the happiest memories happened during the summer at family picnics. Everyone is having a funtime, running around, swimming and then gathering around on the laid out blankets to eat all the wonderful and delicious foods, including the creamy and dreamy Orange fluff salad.

It is like the perfect summertime perfect day! Good food, good friends, great family and loved ones and so much fun! Then all of us kids fighting over the remaining orange Creamsicle Fluff salad. Everyone, and I mean everyone, wanted seconds.

The mint leaves can be left off if you would like. They add an additional flavor to send this completely over the top of perfection!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I have to add the marshmallows?

No, marshmallows are optional. On top of that, you could use colored miniature marshmallows or buy enough to have all orange marshmallows. You can leave the marshmallows out of the dish completely.

Does this have to be orange?

This is made the way I learned it, and what my family loves. I am sure you can change it up to strawberry fluff, using strawberries, and strawberry jello.

I have had this with nuts, what type would that be?

I imagine that it is walnuts that have been added to it. This is what we had when I was younger.

Can I use the large marshmallows?

I have never seen this dish with large marshmallows. I am sure there is no taste difference, maybe just a slight difference in appearance.
