This recipe for CrockPot Pineapple Pork loin is going to give your family a dinner they will not soon forget. The tender and juicy Pork slowly cooks in the pineapple juice and broth giving it a delectable and slightly sweet flavor.
One of the best parts of this dish, besides the flavor, is that it is budget friendly. The pineapple and brown sugar combine to make a sauce that is undeniably one of the best sauces for a Pork Loin that I have ever tasted.
This recipe is quick to prepare, the crock pot does the cooking, all you have to do is add the ingredients. However, I will state that I always sear my pork loin before placing it in the Crock Pot.
This keeps the natural juices in while also soaking up the flavor from the sweet pineapple sauce.
