This dish is filled with so much flavor you would think that it is unhealthy. However, this dish is not one that belongs on the list of ‘Can Not Eat’. With just a few simple ingredients and a short amount of time, you can have this placed on the dinner table in short order.
This is a hearty dish, so sides are not mandatory. I do however, serve it up with some garlic roasted potatoes and a nice dark green dinner salad, with a little color to make it pop.
Garlic is a healthy spice, granted you do not want to overdo it, unless you want to spend an hour gargling. Let me tell you, it is so worth it! My breath may be harsh, but my heart is healthier thanks to garlic. I know we are all on budgets when it comes to groceries. I am asking you to buy range free or organic chicken breasts for this recipe dish. It just tastes a whole lot better.
There is no reason to come up with ideas for sides. This is a one pan meal.
