To be honest with all of you, I do enjoy making this smoothie for those hot and humid days of summer also. It is quite refreshing and stops me from grabbing snacks all day long. I am not saying that this helps me to lose weight, however, it does prevent me from overeating.

Why are we using Probiotic milk?
There is not much of a flavor difference to this, it is filled with all the healthy stuff we need in our bodies. If you are really against this, feel free to use Almond milk or regular milk. Probiotic milk is filled with Calcium and Protein and Vitamins.
