No Bake Cherry Pie Truffles

If there is anyone who tells you that they do not like chocolate and cherry, they are probably lying to you. Chocolate and cherry is a flavor combination that goes back years.

These truffle balls are actually super easy to make, super soft and delicious and do not take many ingredients at all.

When the ingredients are combined into one mix, you get a flavor combination to wow the senses. These truffle balls will remain soft.

You could actually dip these truffle balls into chocolate ganache if you would like, even melted white chocolate would be a fantastic look to these little treats.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Could I use a white cake mix rather than chocolate?

You certainly can! You could also use a white chocolate or a cherry flavored cake mix. There are many variations that can be found all ove online. This happens to be my favorite recipe though.

Is it possible to make these into a cheesecake truffle?

Of course you could. That would be a delightful flavor combination.

Could I use a can of Cherry pie filling?

Yes, you could, however, that may make for a very wet mix.

I am not a fan of coconut, can I leave it out?

The coconut does add a portion of what holds the truffle together. You should consider adding another dry ingredient to replace the coconut.

Are there many variations for this recipe?

For the exact recipe, I could not answer for sure. I do know that you would be able to find many no bake truffle balls all over the internet.

There are some that will include cream cheese, some that may include another type of cake mix, I am sure there are some with different types of fruit also.

Again, the recipes that I post are simple recipes, they are meant to be altered to your liking and your tastes.
