Red Velvet Cookies

Red velvet is not a flavor that has been around for a real long time. These cookies are soft, yet chewy and moist. There is a fresh vanilla flavor to them and they have a good amount of white chocolate chips within them.

These special tasty treats are great for the Holidays, Christmas and Valentine’s Day are the  number one Holidays that these would be perfect for. To be honest, these cookies were inspired by the Classic Red Velvet cake.

There are no special needed ingredients for this cookie recipe. They use only the same common ingredients as most other cookies do.

They come together super easy and they also get eaten super fast. You may want to consider doubling the batch so that you can hide some for yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I store these cookies?

These Red Velvet cookies can sit on the counter in an airtight container or you could also store them in the container in the refrigerator.

What can I use that is a natural ingredient instead of the food coloring?

If you do not choose to use artificial coloring, use ¼ cup of beet juice to obtain the red color.
