The Best Ever Buffalo Wings Recipe

Get excited because it’s wing night! If you are like me and my family, we love spicy buffalo wings at least once a week. I especially have loved these wings throughout my life and have a lot of great memories around them.

I have had buffalo style wings in restaurants, gatherings, at home, and even once in a movie theater (I don’t recommend them too much in the dark with a white t-shirt). Point being, believe me when I say I have developed an amazing, unforgettable, and finger licking good million-dollar worthy buffalo style hot wing recipe!

Choose to Bake Instead

A conventional buffalo wing is one that is fried, covered with sauce afterwards, and then you are done. It does cause quite a mess if you are making them at home though. Who wants frying oil popping everywhere and the cleanup that comes with? That was major turn off for me before with making wings at home—I didn’t want the aftermath. However, with these wings I am changing things up by marinating and then baking. Not only is baked less messy (and healthier), I have also discovered that baked pulls out so much more flavor!

That Extra Crispy Wing Goodness

If you are like me, you love a good crispy piece of chicken! I especially love a perfectly crunch and crispy chicken wing. These wings bring some buttery goodness, nice heat, and a smidge of sweet. Not only is this recipe crispy and perfect, but the mess is less and so are those pesky calories!

As I mentioned, I love hot wings so much that I have had them all over the place. For the longest time, they were what I looked for and went after on the menu at restaurants. For some reason, they can be pricy if you buy them out in public though. My family and I would end up spending a small fortune just to only get a few wings apiece, which I guess wasn’t too bad a deal since they were fried and not good for us anyway.

It was with all those things in mind that I set out to develop these wings. Everything you ever wanted in a spicy buffalo wing is in this recipe—crispy, hot, and addictive! The added bonuses are less calories, less at-home mess, and you can make a ton more wings at home for what you would pay a large amount for at a restaurant.
