Cherry Cheesecake Egg Roll recipe

How did we ever come up with some of these desserts? I have no clue! This one, however, I do know! I have a huge crush on anything Chinese, as far as food. So as I am sitting in my favorite Chinese restaurant, wishing that I had a piece of cheesecake after over filling my stomach, it hit me! Why not make cheesecake and put it in an egg roll wrapper?

Of course I had to do more than just simple cheesecake. And, remember that this is not your typical egg roll! This is a delicious twist on egg rolls, they are not Chinese cuisine, but they are also similar to cheese wontons. These are seriously a good cross between cheesecake and cheese wontons.

I will tell you now, I have not tried to make these in the air fryer as of yet. If you do, let us know how they turn out please. I remind you again, these are dangerously addicting.

Take them to your next meeting, iconic, potluck or neighborhood get together.

These eggrolls will remain good if kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Be sure to wrap them tightly or keep them in an airtight container.

You could use blueberry, raspberry, strawberry or any of your favorite flavors. Nothing in the recipe will need to be changed.

Then cut the corner of the baggie off and squeeze a row of the mixture in the center. The you just place the cherries from the pie filling over the top of the cream cheese filling, and proceed to the rolling.
