Frequently Asked Questions:
Is this a version of Chinese Sesame Chicken?
Many people may think so, and that is fine, if your family likes it and loves Chinese, go ahead and call it Chinese.
What should I serve with this meal?
Personally, my family does consider this similar to Chinese, so I tend to make a skillet of fried rice to serve with this. However, Parmesan smashed potatoes also taste phenomenal, and of course a side of roasted mixed vegetables.
Can I freeze this dish?
Once the food has cooled to room temperature, it can be placed into a freezer safe container and placed in the freezer. It will remain good for up to 4 months.
Can I store this in the refrigerator?
Certainly, when the food is wrapped tightly or placed into an airtight container, it will last in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
