Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna are two of the most loved dishes anywhere. So when you combine the two into one dish they all convene together to make a perfect meal.
This recipe is a tad bit easier than a normal lasagna recipe, due to the filling and the sauce being combined. That means less work and shorter time before eating this delicious food.
Tips and Tricks:
To prepare the lasagna, place it into a pan of boiling water with a tbsp of salt and a few drops of oil. The salt adds flavor and the oil prevents the noodles from sticking together. Stir often to help prevent sticking.
To make this easier, the sauce and filling can be combined.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I use oven ready lasagna noodles?
I have not tried those with this recipe, I have, however, used them with regular lasagna. They work excellent in that dish, so I imagine the same would be true for Alfredo Lasagna.
Can I keep the sauce and the filling separate?
Yes, but that method will take more time in preparation. Combining the filling and the sauce just makes this dish that much easier for you. When the garlic, onion and spinach have all been sauteed, you mix in the parmesan, ricotta and the seasonings. Set this off to the side.
Layering Method:
First off, lightly spray your baking dish.
Layer a thin amount of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the pan.
Place the noodles on top of the layer of sauce.
Spoon a layer of the sauce mixed with the filling next.
Second layer of noodles laid down, followed by the filling, another layer of noodles and the filling.

FOURTH STEP:
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 350* oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
