Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Are you searching for a great dinner meal, a super great appetizer or a party snack? This recipe calls for steak. I do suggest that you choose a nice cut that gives the flavor you want. Cuts like Ribeye, Top sirloin, New York Strip or even Tenderloin would be perfect. This recipe can be turned into a great meal that is easy and quick to prepare.

As for what can be served with these tasty little gems, my main go to is mashed potatoes, they can soak up some of the garlicky goodness. A loaf of crusty bread is ideal as a side.

I usually have a dish of roasted or grilled vegetables along with the Seared Steak bites.

For this recipe, I have paired it with a mustard sauce that will blow your mind. It is creamy, flavorful and just plain ideal for these steak bites.

Frequently Asked Questions:

This is for steak, can I use ground beef?

It would depend on how you use it. If you choose to make it into meatballs, I would imagine they would taste wonderful.

What vegetables do you suggest as a side?

My troop loves grilled corn on the cob, so that is the usual. I also like roasted potatoes with carrots and asparagus.

How would these be good for a party?

These bite size tasty pieces of yum can be stuck with a toothpick and set on a serving tray. Guests can then pick them up mess free. They can also be in a warmer with a spoon to scopp up a serving and allowed to get some of the garlic butter sauce for dipping.
