When we decided that we needed to get a better grasp on our health, we knew that meant we needed to cut the sugar out, or at least way down. Diabetes runs in both sides of the family, so we knew the chance was there and could happen at any time if we did not take charge right away.
I saw a recipe similar to this one, but I did not want to use Monk sweetener. So I was determined to find a way to do this and still have a great flavor.
This Cheesecake came out perfect the first time, and it is now the only cheesecake that I make. The flavor is still there, so I am not missing anything when it comes to flavor.
This is one you have to try. I do have a family member that has tried this and they have had no issues with it, compared to any other sugar free dessert that they have eaten.

The two spices combine and add in flavor that makes up for the lack of sugar. With these two, you do not even realize that there is no sugar.
Can I freeze this pie?
You could, however, I have never done it myself. I never have enough left to freeze. I would have to make a double batch in order to do so.
Can I use cheesecake pudding that is not sugar free?
You could but that will defeat the purpose of Sugar Free.
Can I use low fat Cream Cheese?
Of course you can! There really is not much of a taste difference between the two.
What do you need to make Sugar Free, No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs, crushed
3 tbsp butter, unsalted, melted
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ cup milk
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small pkg sugar free instant Cheesecake pudding mix
2 pints Strawberries, sliced
How to make Sugar Free, No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
FIRST STEP:
Butter a 8 or 9 inch pie plate
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg, combine well
Press the crumb mixture into the pie plate pressing down and slightly up the sides
SECOND STEP:
Place into the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the remainder
In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is fluffy
Using an electric hand mixer, beat in the milk until well combined
Add in the cheesecake pudding mix and mix well
THIRD STEP:
Place half of the mix in the pie crust and spread evenly
Top this layer with sliced strawberries
