You are going to love these pork chops because they are loaded with tons of flavor, are super juicy and moist.

What do you need to make The Best Jalapeno Pork Chops

            8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

            ⅓ to ½ cup Jalapeno Pepper, diced

            ½ cup Cheddar Cheese

            4 to 6 Pork Chops, thick cut

            ½ tsp Black Pepper

            ½ tsp Salt

            1 tsp Garlic powder

            2 tbsp Dry Rub Seasoning

            2 tbsp Olive Oil

            8 to 10 slices Bacon, thin sliced

How to make The Best Jalapeno Pork Chops

FIRST STEP:

Preheat the grill to 325*, use hickory smoke chips or smoke flavor, if possible for your grill

In a bowl combine the softened Cream cheese with the Cheddar Cheese and diced jalapeno pepper

Blend well

Make a slice in the side of each Pork Chop

Spoon the Cream Cheese filling into each slice

SECOND STEP:

Wrap each Pork Chop with 2 slices of bacon, trying to avoid the overlapping

Brush each Pork Chop with Olive Oil and sprinkle with the dry rub

THIRD STEP:

Cook the Pork Chops on the grill for 7 to 8 minutes
