Baked Pork Chops

My Mom used to make the most tender and juicy Pork Chops. All she did was bake them, but I used to yell and say there was so much more to it. When I got older and I received all of her recipes, I dug for this recipe.

I needed to see it and make it myself to see if it works as well as hers did.

What I learned was she was not fibbing. These Pork Chops have very little to the recipe. They were very easy to prepare and even easier to eat.

Seasoned lightly to bring out the natural flavor, these Pork Chops were extra tender since we did not sear them on the stove first.
