            1 packet French Onion Soup Mix

            8 ounces Russian Dressing

            1 jar Apricot preserves, small jar

FIRST STEP:

Preheat the oven to 400*

Spray a large heavy bottomed pan with non stick cooking spray

In a bowl combine the Apricot Preserves, Russian Dressing and packet of French Onion Soup Mix

Pour the sauce mix over the chicken thighs

THIRD STEP:

Place pan in the oven and bake for 75 to 85 minutes

Be sure the meat thermometer reads 165* before serving the chicken
