Copycat McDonald’s McGriddles

Wouldn’t it be awesome to be able to have a McGriddle without leaving the house on a lazy Saturday morning? You can!

This recipe is going to show you not only how to make a copycat version, but also show you that it is cheaper to make them at home than it is to get dressed, start the car, drive however many miles to the nearest McDonalds and then drive back home.

These griddlers are going to taste the same as McDonald’s makes, if not better. Your family will be amazed when they wake up to this special breakfast.

The sausage, egg, cheese, bacon and pancake flavors are all in here. Nothing like putting a smile on faces right away on the weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I have to use both sausage and bacon?

Of course not! If you prefer one over the other, that is more than okay. Have it your way!

Can I spare the step of pouring the syrup on the tray?

Well, you could, however, this is part of what makes this a McGriddle.

I am not sure I want cheese with a pancake.

You could leave the cheese off. There are many people who do not like the cheese added. I just made this a complete recipe. You can add or remove the items that you see fit.
