Easy Taco Night Soup

Everyone loves tacos, even at home. Tacos are easy and delicious! It’s a win/win situation. What could be better? A delicious taco soup, of course! While taco night can be an ease, there’s still lots of steps—and too many dishes. So instead of messing up several pans, this taco night soup uses just one pot. You know what that means? Faster cleanup! You won’t miss your favorite taco flavors in this one either. Another perk? This taco night soup is also healthy and hearty at the same time. Enjoy this one year-round, but especially in cooler months when you just want to snuggle up with a bowl of soup and be warmed up from the inside out.

My family adores this soup and could eat it all the time. I love it too, so I don’t mind the frequent requests to remake it! Kids of all ages also love this one and I am sure yours will too. All the little kids in my family tend to tip back the bowl to get the last sips.

It’s definitely a go-to for soup season, but also just anytime of the year you’re feeling the craving for it. Once you make it a few times, like me, you won’t need to follow the recipe and can throw it together for even more ease. I know I have made it a few times in a pinch, and it always saves the day.

It’s a delicious soup that doesn’t go out of style, is easy to make, with common ingredients, and perfect flavor. It also saves well (the rare chance you have leftovers), reheats like a dream, and you’ll return to time and again.
