3 Boneless Chicken breast cut into nugget sized pieces

½ cup butter

1 tsp garlic powder

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

How to make Parmesan Chicken Bites

FIRST STEP:

Cut the chicken into nugget sized pieces, 1 inch by 2 inches is a good size

In a shallow dish combine the Panko, the Italian seasoned bread crumbs, garlic powder and grated parmesan.

SECOND STEP:

Melt the butter in a shallow dish in the microwave.

Dip the chicken pieces into the melted butter and then into the bread crumb mix.

THIRD STEP:

Coat the pieces completely, pressing it on if needed.
