This recipe is versatile in that you can use Chicken breasts or chicken Thighs. The thighs will give you Chicken that is juicier and more tender than the breast.

The leftover Chicken can be stored in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You could also wrap it tightly with plastic or aluminum foil and place it in the refrigerator.

Of course you can! Keep the remainder of the sauce in a small, airtight container and in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

            How do I reheat the Grilled Asian Chicken?

To reheat the Chicken, slice up the boneless pieces and place them in a heated skillet. Heat until warmed all the way through.

            Can I freeze the Chicken that is leftover?

You can freeze the Grilled Asian Chicken by making sure it is cooled completely and covered tightly or placed in a freezer safe container. You can leave it in the freezer for up to 3 months.

What do you need to make Tasty Grilled Asian Chicken

            ½ cup PLUS 3 to 4 tbsp Olive Oil, divided

            1 tsp Black Pepper

            ¼ cup Rice Vinegar

            1 tsp Salt

            ¼ cup Brown Sugar

            1 tsp Sesame Oil

            2 tsp Granulated Garlic

            2 tbsp Soy Sauce

            ½ tsp Ground Ginger

            ¼ tsp Red Chili Flakes, (optional)

            ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped

            2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, for use as a garnish

            6 to 8 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless (can use Chicken thighs)

How to make Tasty Grilled Asian Chicken

FIRST STEP:

Heat the grill to 350*, use Hickory Smoke if possible with your grill

Use 3 tbsp Oil to brush over each of the Chicken pieces and season with Salt and Pepper

In a bowl, prepare the sauce: Mix the Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, ginger, granulated Garlic, Red Chili Flakes, Brown Sugar and Sesame Oil

Blend well

SECOND STEP:

Place the sauce mix in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, heat for 3 to 5 minutes, while whisking continuously until the sauce thickens

Place ½ cup into a dish to use for glazing the Chicken, and the remainder in a dish to use for serving

THIRD STEP:

Grill the chicken over indirect heat for 6 to 8 minutes

Flip the chicken and brush with the sauce, cook for another 4 to 5 minutes

Turn the Chicken pieces one more time and brush with the sauce again

Close the grill cover again cooking for another 2 or 3 minutes

Remove the Chicken when it reaches an internal temperature of 165*, set to the side and let rest for 5 minutes

Garnish with chopped Cilantro and Sesame Seeds before serving
