FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Grease two loaf pans or spray with non stick spray
In a large bowl combine the cake mix, pistachio pudding, eggs, oil and hot water
Add in food coloring if you are using it
Fold in the pistachio nuts
SECOND STEP:
Transfer the batter evenly between the two loaf pans
THIRD STEP:
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
Cool completely before removing from the loaf pan
