Yes, this bread can be placed into a freezer safe container or freezer ziploc bag and placed in the freezer for up to 4 months.

What do you need to make Healthy Pistachio Bread

3 boxes Pistachio pudding mix, instant, 3.35 ounce boxes

1 box Yellow Cake Mix

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1 cup hot water

4 eggs

¼ cup Pistachios, chopped

2 or 3 drops of green food coloring. (optional)

How to make Healthy Pistachio Bread

FIRST STEP:

Preheat the oven to 350*

Grease two loaf pans or spray with non stick spray

In a large bowl combine the cake mix, pistachio pudding, eggs, oil and hot water

Add in food coloring if you are using it

Fold in the pistachio nuts

SECOND STEP:

Transfer the batter evenly between the two loaf pans

THIRD STEP:

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean

Cool completely before removing from the loaf pan
