This recipe I would say is for those of you who do not have a lot of time to do baking over the Holidays. It is the same great flavor as the Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies, however, this is made in a bar form.
This means you are done baking in a shorter amount of time. Again, so many people are tired of the same old stuff all the time, so changing it up is a great idea.
No one is going to expect their favorite cookie to be in the form of a bar. What a pleasant surprise this is.
These are going to be super easy to make, saving time for other Holiday tasks. Make the cookie dough and spread it in a cake pan. Bake it and then evenly space out the Kisses on the top.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I store these bars?
They can be stored in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. However, these are so good, do not expect them to last that long!
Can I freeze these?
You certainly can! Place them into ziploc freezer bags or an airtight container and set them in the freezer. They will last for 3 months.
Should I use creamy style peanut butter or chunky style?
That choice is yours to make, how much peanut flavor do you want in these? I have made this with both styles and they are delicious either way.
